Tom M is absolutely spot on about Sky bet Underpricing their odds. Ever since they started doing this extra place they are showing odds of at least 2 points shorter than the actual odds. My problem is their Skybet rewards club. You spend £30 to get 2×£2.50 free bets (not £5 anymore) but they didn't give me mine till I had spent over £35. Also last week I chose a football acca not Bet builder but it wouldn't change until I got in touch with them to change it. It takes ages to get in touch now and when you do most of their operators are useless.

Extra place scam is reasoning for no best odds guarantee!
No best price on dog racing either.
Even if you win, you lose with their pish poor odds offering.

Shocking company.partner joined on the promise of £30 of free bets with a new account.She bet £10 on odds of more than evens and have received no free bets.a email was sent 2 weeks ago to skybet asking where the free bets are and we've had no response.awful betting company

Worst platform ive ever used! Do not use skybet, bets constantly freezing, wrong stat updates, once I had to wait 60 minutes whilst the cash out function was frozen and should have had a lot of money to cash out on. Customer service are terrible, copy paste responses, and they leave the chat at their own will, without resolution. Will not use again

Sky vegas!!! Absolutely rotten to the core, take take take everyday .how on earth they get away with there slots and pay outs is shocking.never learn me lose 50 pound and biggest feature win is 1.14. Shows features and doesn't actually pay anything.over 4 days lost 400 pound(what I won in football) and never went in profit any day.

Total Rubbish site. I'm one year I won once in profit on games. Total scam. Now closed. Not recommended to pay anyone..bonus games o crap. Pay 5p if u lucky. Horse.beta is so rubbish odds,only look good as the day pay extra place but if different site pays 100/1 they pay 40/1.

I feel like i have been conned today, sky bet offered a promotion of bet on 13.15 race at Sandown and get your money back if you're horse finished 2nd or 3rd, my horse finished 3rd but they have not refunded my money, had a text chat with one of there agents who informed me i am not eligible for this promotion, I only placed the bet because of the promotion, it was only a £5 bet but it is wrong to offer the promotion and accept my bet if I am not eligible feel conned and it's paddy Power here i come

Be using skybet for about 6 years.i have Been excluded from all promotions and have a £100 per month deposit limited on My account I have join an other betting site that far better with the prices and I can take part in promotions and free bets I would recommend all do the same.

I would award 0 stars if an option. I never gamble but thought we could have a family sweepstake on the grand national. Went through the process and paid a 90 deposit then immediately had my account suspended! I can’t get my money and have been forced to supply private documents in some fake process. The gambling commission are toothless and I am going through skys own 8 week complaints process before I will probably resort to courts and writing to my MP.

SkyBet claim to be 'betting better'. Yet if you have the audacity to win a few quid, they restrict your account. Spend ages promoting how great the freeze acca is. Win a couple, and they ban you from using it. Absolute joke of a company

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Let my friend create an account whilst at dog races. She made 3 bets then they suspended her account. She is still trying to resolve this issue after them asking for numerous personal documentation, which clearly is a data breach of confidentiality. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people in this way after taking their money and keeping their winners. It's like getting blood out of a stone. Sky bet, get your act together and start treating people with respect!!

I would give zero stars if there was an option.
They suspended a friends account after an hours use after giving it the ok, she is now trying to close the account and get her money back they are making it so difficult and keep asking for intrusive documentation. Sky bet hand your heads in shame, Sky bet CEO sort this terrible customer service out, we know that wont happen any time soon

Super 6 login issues stretching back months for many users yet Sky do nothing to resolve them. Big corporate arrogance if you ask me. App deleted until I read somewhere they've bothered to do something about it.

I have been a Skybet customer for many years I love the extra places they offer and some of the specials they put up can be the real deal. So from a betting prospective they are a decent enough company. Unfortunately though when there is a problem it seems to be difficult or nearly impossible to sort it out. I have been trying to log into my account all week but am being told my details are wrong even though they are saved on all my devices and have been the same for years.
Even when I try to reset my password (even though I know it is right) I keep getting the spinning wheel (trying to load).
I have tried to contact via email etc but no reply to date, the first contact was sent four days ago.
I have now given up and fortunately have other accounts. It is rare for me to give bad reviews but unfortunately there customer support is terrible.

Skybet is Ruthless. My Wise Bank let me make deposit to Skybet, but does not allow any incomming payments from Gambling, Casino, etc. I asked Skybet to withdraw to my other High Street Bank, Barclays, but Skybet refused, and they told me- my only option is to close my Wise Bank account, send them Proof of Closing Letter and then they will make withdrawal. But i do need my Wise Bank account for my international transfers and exchanges to my family back home. And i feel like i am being forced against my will.

Stopped me from receiving promotions and bonuses because I bet sensibley and accounts in profit , do what there want when they want , but they have a shock coming as they have broken the law and my statutory rights WARNING ⚠️ DONT OPEN A SKY BET ACCOUNT
