I would award 0 stars if an option

I would award 0 stars if an option. I never gamble but thought we could have a family sweepstake on the grand national. Went through the process and paid a 90 deposit then immediately had my account suspended! I can’t get my money and have been forced to supply private documents in some fake process. The gambling commission are toothless and I am going through skys own 8 week complaints process before I will probably resort to courts and writing to my MP.

Fraud Company

Using fraud manipulated online casino games based in Latvia from Playtech, Evolution etc. The games are so rigged its a disgrace . Never play onlne here with casino games with SKY BET they are all rigged

What a crap site.

What a crap site.. everyone payed out on grand national,they still not ,and can't seem anything as site frozen. Games pay nothing. Everyday game bonus pay nothing( if you have a chance to win nothing, as most time daily bonus not give even chance to win), sorry,if u lucky 5 p, or 10p. Giving extra place on horse raisings,but odds so much less and no extra places where horses rung with big odds. basically guys ,biggest scam site ever. Legal ripping off betting site. Total poooooo
Basically just don't spend money here,as total scamming site, just looks what they pay massive.

Stress inducing company! Do not sign up!

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Let my friend create an account whilst at dog races. She made 3 bets then they suspended her account. She is still trying to resolve this issue after them asking for numerous personal documentation, which clearly is a data breach of confidentiality. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people in this way after taking their money and keeping their winners. It's like getting blood out of a stone. Sky bet, get your act together and start treating people with respect!!

I would give zero stars if there was an…

I would give zero stars if there was an option.
They suspended a friends account after an hours use after giving it the ok, she is now trying to close the account and get her money back they are making it so difficult and keep asking for intrusive documentation. Sky bet hand your heads in shame, Sky bet CEO sort this terrible customer service out, we know that wont happen any time soon

I placed a bet on the Grand national…

I placed a bet on the Grand national for the horse that won at 33/1. Put £2 on to win, at the bottom of the slip it quoted potential payout £68. The horse came in first and sky bet only paid me on the finishing odds 6/1! Absolute fraud. Stay well clear.

Super 6 login issues stretching back…

Super 6 login issues stretching back months for many users yet Sky do nothing to resolve them. Big corporate arrogance if you ask me. App deleted until I read somewhere they've bothered to do something about it.

Grand National - mess up

Only bet twice a year and today, I chose 6 horses in the Grand National, £1 e/w on 5 horses and £2.00 e/w on 1 horse. that is £14.00. The horse with £2.00 has now been scratched but 1 horse that I placed bet is not showing on my betting slip and 1 horse has a total of £12.00 e/w on him - how did that happen? It happened because Sky's on-line site seems to have had a hiccup. What a mess, before placing the bet all seemed in order - ie right betting amounts, right horse etc. I was then asked to pay £34.00 - should have checked better the payment vs my betting amounts - that was my mistake but expect their system to work better - never again with these people.

Utterly useless as a bookmaker

Utterly useless as a bookmaker. Run by robots probably using algorithms. Tried to place £50 ew on a golfer in the Masters @ 75/1 and was told the maximum stake allowed was £22.73. Where the f... did they get that number from. All other players that I tried to back were ''suspended''

Waste of time.

Please don't deposit money with this…

Please don't deposit money with this company, I deposited £200 and immediately they suspended my account. Trying to retrieve my money back ( yes my money skybet ) not yours! They make things difficult saying they need documentation and you send it and 4days later it appears they need bank statements of Transactions, I find this most intrusive of my data protection rights so won't give it them. So basically they withhold your money. It would be easier to accept if I walked down the street and got mugged, Don't know how they get away with it and what a way to treat customers. Well done SKYBET....

This company is a disgrace.

Having already taken the Acca freeze option from my account due to a few ‘small wins’ they then duped my wife out of a win by changing an already frozen ‘win’ to ‘lost’ which meant she was unable to cash out once the rest of the bet was valid. They changed it the moment the bet came in.

Skybet is Ruthless

Skybet is Ruthless. My Wise Bank let me make deposit to Skybet, but does not allow any incomming payments from Gambling, Casino, etc. I asked Skybet to withdraw to my other High Street Bank, Barclays, but Skybet refused, and they told me- my only option is to close my Wise Bank account, send them Proof of Closing Letter and then they will make withdrawal. But i do need my Wise Bank account for my international transfers and exchanges to my family back home. And i feel like i am being forced against my will.

this is a terrible site not honest or…

this is a terrible site not honest or fair. for instance, i regularly do football acca's and not for the first time i placed an 9 team acca on both match odds and both teams to score, 8 of the matches were winning or had won with one match remaining with 35 minutes to go. i was expecting a fairly high cashout but no, they suspended one of the matches that had already finished hence suspended the cahout. this site is nothing short of cheating as this has happened several times. customer services did not help or explain the reason behind this only to say that cashout is offered by a third party so i asked who the third party is and guess what, they refused to say.

Not good problem solvers..

I have been a Skybet customer for many years I love the extra places they offer and some of the specials they put up can be the real deal. So from a betting prospective they are a decent enough company. Unfortunately though when there is a problem it seems to be difficult or nearly impossible to sort it out. I have been trying to log into my account all week but am being told my details are wrong even though they are saved on all my devices and have been the same for years.
Even when I try to reset my password (even though I know it is right) I keep getting the spinning wheel (trying to load).
I have tried to contact via email etc but no reply to date, the first contact was sent four days ago.
I have now given up and fortunately have other accounts. It is rare for me to give bad reviews but unfortunately there customer support is terrible.

Back here again

Back here again . Today goes to put my 100/1 horse on at bet slip there's a change in price to 33/1. I place bet . 5 minutes later its 125/1 .I really hope the government body or likes look into skybet and heavily punishment is placed .

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Spent loads of my time sending messages to try and recover £2 on a money back as cash promotion. Every time a different person eventually answered with conflicting views and it took over three weeks for them to finally inform me why I was not getting my cash back.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service!
Full of people that don't speak English, can't even understand simple sentences. There whole game is just not to help you out with you're issue, send cocky little 1 sentence replys back wich don't make sense, all just to wind you up, to make you say 1 bad word like sh!t, then they close the conversation. I've contacted customer support on 3 diffrent occasions now. 3 times I haven't been helped. Even got a manager to contact me via email ( that took 7 days to get a message) all for him to say contact our live team and they'll help you out 🤦‍♂️, seriously sky have some of the best games to use on Vegas and some of the easiest gambling you can do, but with this abysmal customer service no wonder they've fallen behind, William Hill and paddy Power.

Simply put, don't bother using sky

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Never answer my actual queries which turned into complaints. Poor grammar in their belated replies. They have definitely changed something recently, service overall is not as it was a year or two ago. And my queries have not been resolved - I have just given up!
